MedSafe provides a comprehensive drug information platform for healthcare professionals in Nigeria, including but not limited to drug monographs, interaction checking, clinical calculators, and safety screening tools.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
4. Professional Use Only
MedSafe is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals, students in healthcare programs, and authorized institutional users. By using the Service, you represent that you are:
- A licensed healthcare professional, or
- A student enrolled in an accredited healthcare program, or
- An authorized representative of a healthcare institution
5. Medical Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: MedSafe is a clinical decision support tool and information resource. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical judgment, advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always verify drug information with current clinical guidelines and use your professional judgment when making clinical decisions.
6. Subscription and Payment
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan
- Provide accurate payment information
- Authorize automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date

7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEDSAFE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
12. Changes to Terms
