Setting Up Your MedSafe Account
Get started with MedSafe by creating and configuring your professional account for optimal access to drug information and clinical tools.
1. Account Registration
Begin by visiting the MedSafe registration page and providing your professional information:
- Valid email address (preferably professional)
- Strong password (minimum 8 characters)
- Professional designation (Pharmacist, Doctor, Nurse, Student, Other)
- License number (if applicable)
- Institution or workplace (optional)
2. Email Verification
After registration, check your email for a verification link. Click the link to activate your account.
If you don't receive the verification email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or request a new verification email.
3. Professional Verification
To access advanced features like safety screening and PDF exports, complete professional verification:
- Navigate to Settings → Profile
- Upload a clear photo of your professional license
- Provide your registration number with the appropriate regulatory body
- Wait for verification (typically 1-2 business days)
4. Account Configuration
Customize your account settings for the best experience:
- Preferences: Set weight units, theme, and notification preferences
- Security: Enable two-factor authentication for enhanced security
- Subscription: Choose the plan that best fits your needs
Professional verification is required for access to advanced safety screening tools and PDF export functionality.
