Offline Mode

MedSafe's offline mode ensures you have access to critical drug information even without an internet connection.

How Offline Mode Works

MedSafe automatically caches drug information as you browse, storing the most recently viewed drugs locally on your device.

What's Available Offline

• Last 100 viewed drug monographs
• Basic drug search (cached drugs only)
• Clinical calculators
• Previously run interaction checks
• Bookmarked drugs and personal notes

Enabling Offline Access

1. Browse drugs while connected to the internet
2. MedSafe automatically caches viewed content
3. When offline, access cached content from the main search
4. Sync new data when connection is restored

Managing Offline Storage

Control your offline storage in Settings → Preferences:

• View storage usage
• Clear cached data
• Set cache size limits
• Choose which content to prioritize for offline access
